The health of our seminar participants has highest priority.For us, each event means a special responsibility for the safety and well-being of our participants and trainers.In addition to the measures of the Schmersal Working Group Pandemic, general conditions apply to our seminars that ensure the safety of our participants and at the same time the usual high quality of our seminars, even in Corona times.
Persons with respiratory symptoms are not allowed to enter the seminar rooms of tec.nicum academy. tec.nicum academy provides dispensers with disinfectants for hand disinfection. All contact surfaces of tec.nicum academy are regularly cleaned and thoroughly disinfected. Trainers, seminar participants and personnel keep the distance of 1.5 meters and wear a mouthnose cover - at least until they take their place in the seminar room. The number of participants is adapted to the size of the seminar rooms so that our participants can remove the mouth-nose mask during the seminar as long as they are at their seat. Also during the seminar we ensure a minimum distance of 1.5 meters between persons.The specified seating arrangement at individual tables is fixed and must not be modified. Our rooms are regularly ventilated during classroom teaching. We ensure traceability in accordance with the Corona Protection Ordinance. Name, address, telephone number and seat number of seminar participants are recorded. Meals are served packed at the place or as a dish by our kitchen team. Self-service at the buffet is excluded. The observance of the protective measures is monitored by our speakers during the seminar.
Due to the dynamic infection process, we daily reassess how we can contribute to slowing down the wave of infection. We therefore reserve the right to cancel or reschedule seminars at short notice. As soon as this decision is made, we will inform our participants by e-mail. Therefore, please check your inbox once again before you leave for the seminar location. If you should cancel your registered participation for reasons related to Corona, please inform us of your cancellation (jstender@tecnicum.com or mdahm@tecnicum.com), as soon as the decision has been made.
